What customers say about PRO NAILS SPA LLC
The salon holds a 4.3 rating from 125 Google reviews. Of the five excerpts available, three give 5 stars, one gives 4 and one gives 2. The most recent reviews, from 5 and 8 months ago, focus on the staff. One calls everyone nice and funny. The other describes consistently courteous staff, an excellent ambiance and a sense of belonging like family, and says the reviewer intends to keep coming back. A review from 7 years ago also praises Ben for making the reviewer comfortable and making sure she was satisfied.
Critical feedback is mixed in with the praise. One review from 2 years ago gives 2 stars: the reviewer reports bleeding during the visit, without being sure whose fault it was, and a smudged right thumb even though the nails were fully dry. That reviewer preferred a salon in Clemson but noted the people were nice. A review rated 4 from 4 years ago says the salon was not very clean and the polish a little messy, yet judged a full acrylic set good for the price and expected to return because of the service.

I have been unsatisfied with prior place I was going to. Been to a couple different ones & I think pro nails is my choice. They will see me more often. Ben did a great job on my nails, she helped me be comfortable & made sure I was satisfied. Fantastic job.
